I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this florist. What should have been a simple and joyful purchase turned into a frustrating ordeal because of their lack of accountability. The arrangement I received looked nothing like what I ordered—completely different flowers, poor presentation, and clearly rushed. Mistakes happen, but what really bothered me was how the staff handled it. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable solution, they were dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. I was met with excuses rather than any genuine effort to make things right. Customer service is just as important as the product, and unfortunately, this business failed on both fronts. I would not recommend this florist to anyone who values reliability or professionalism.

I’ve ordered from Rimmon in the past. This time I went through Teleflora and Rimmon was to prepare two arrangements. One they delivered a day early. The other was a centerpiece for our Xmas table. They claimed they tried to deliver that this morning and no one was home. I was home all day and my dogs let me know if anyone goes to the door so they lied. They claim the arrangement they delivered yesterday was because it was snowing today! It’s barely started and it’s 3 pm. Getting a while inch or two. Wow Can’t trust them. Now I have no centerpiece.

I received a gift of flowers from Rimmon Heights florist in 2021 that I truly enjoyed. This year I ordered from them myself expecting the same quality. The customer service was good and I like to support local business, that is the reason for 3 stars. The quality of flowers I received was poor also not like the picture or same color of what I ordered on their site. For the cost of the flowers (without delivery) I will not order from this florist again. The quality of roses was less than or equal to what you can buy at Target or Whole Foods Screenshot of the website shows what I ordered, I selected the "Better" option. Photo is what was delivered.

BAIT & SWITCH. This is the email I sent Rimmon Heights Florist: I spent a lot of money (115.00) to send my mom a flower arrangement to lift her spirits up since she just lost my father after 50 years of marriage. I purposely selected The FTD® Rays of Life™ Bouquet because it had bright summer floral with sunflowers, iris, stock and delphinium. I picked this arrangement because of the irises and it was bright and cherry. See image on the left. My mom called me crying because she said the flowers I sent her made her think of a funeral and I didn't understand why until she sent me a picture of the bouquet you delivered. You did not deliver the bouquet I ordered at all. In fact, there were no irises, no stock and no delphinium in it all. Instead you put lilies they use in funeral arrangements with a few roses. That’s what made my mom cry and she said they reminded her of a funeral when I wanted to send her flowers to lift her up. Attached on the left is a picture of what I ordered (The FTD® Rays of Life™ Bouquet) and the picture on the right is what my mom actually received. I am so upset that I did not get what I ordered and it made my mom upset because it reminded her of a funera

I would highly recommend you get flowers here if you are looking for AMAZING customer service, beautiful flowers, and great pricing. Not only have I purchased beautiful bouquets here in the past but the owner also made gorgeous center piece bouquets for a family members babyshower. The flowers are always fresh, smell amazing, and the owner is extremely talented when it comes to creating bouquets.
